Terms of Service

Last updated June 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of the FlowAcq payment orchestration platform, APIs, and dashboard (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your business.

1. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate business information and complete our onboarding and Know-Your-Business (KYB) review before processing live transactions. You are responsible for activity under your API keys and for keeping credentials secure.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful business and in line with our Prohibited Businesses policy and the rules of the payment providers we route to. We may suspend access for suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

3. The Services

FlowAcq routes transactions to supported providers, applies pre-authorization risk checks, and delivers signed event notifications. Provider availability and features evolve; we describe what is live versus on the roadmap honestly across our site.

4. Fees

Fees are set out in your order form or commercial agreement. Provider and network costs may apply in addition to FlowAcq fees.

5. Data

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Addendum.

6. Warranties & liability

The Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, FlowAcq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability is limited as set out in your agreement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate as described in your agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll post the revised version here with an updated date and, where material, notify you.
