FlowAcq routes to regulated payment providers, and the businesses we can support are bounded by their rules and applicable law. This page summarizes what we cannot support and what we review individually. The definitive list is shared during KYB.

Prohibited

• Illegal goods, services, or activity under any applicable law.
• Sanctioned parties, regions, or activity that breaches sanctions programs.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or unfair practices, including unauthorized resale.
• Intellectual-property or counterfeit violations.
• Any category our payment providers expressly forbid.

Reviewed case-by-case

Some higher-risk but lawful verticals — for example regulated iGaming, financial services, or age-restricted goods — may be supported subject to licensing, additional due diligence, and provider approval.

Accepted

Most standard commerce — e-commerce, digital services, SaaS, and marketplaces — is supported, confirmed against your specifics during onboarding.
