Stripe is live today. Behind it, FlowAcq keeps a large staged catalog across acquiring, wallets, local APMs, open banking, payouts, FX, and crypto/stablecoin rails. Enablement depends on KYB, provider contracts, credentials, and fee approval.

How FlowAcq works

One operating layer for the payment lifecycle.

FlowAcq connects the workflows that payment teams already run every day: merchant intake, provider setup, transaction operations, reconciliation, risk review, support, and partner evidence.

01

Onboard merchants

Collect company profile, KYB context, payment needs, support history, and go-live requirements in one place.

02

Manage providers

Coordinate PSP setup, credentials, provider catalog planning, health context, and connector operations from a shared workspace.

03

Operate payments

Use routing intelligence, webhooks, transaction views, notifications, and support context to keep payment teams aligned.

04

Reconcile outcomes

Bring transactions, settlements, disputes, exports, invoices, and evidence into a finance-friendly operations record.

05

Prepare for partners

Organize sponsor-bank, compliance, vendor-risk, and operational evidence for review conversations.

Merchant Command Center

A complete operating view for merchant profile, onboarding state, KYB, support, webhooks, API keys, and go-live coordination.

Risk, KYB & compliance

Structured workflows for business review, restricted verticals, compliance evidence, vendor risk, and partner-ready documentation.

Settlement and dispute operations

A finance and support workspace for transactions, settlement records, disputes, billing, notifications, and audit trails.

Coverage

Global and local methods, one honest status board.

We tell you what is live, what is coming, and what is planned — no badge promises more than the engine delivers.

Onboarding

From sandbox to live

Start free in sandbox today. Live processing unlocks only after KYB, accepted live terms, a signed fee agreement, and admin approval — so you build with confidence before a single real charge.

  1. 01

    Create a sandbox account

Sign up in minutes — no sales call, no card. Sandbox is free and self-serve, with a full dashboard and Stripe test-mode access from the start.

  2. 02

    Integrate & test

Generate sandbox API keys, run test charges and refunds, and wire up webhooks. Everything routes through Stripe test mode — no real money moves.

  3. 03

Submit KYB & accept live terms

When you're ready, complete business verification (KYB) and accept the live terms and fee agreement. This unlocks the review for production access.

  4. 04

    Admin approval unlocks live

After our team approves your business, you receive live API keys and connect live PSP credentials. Until approval, live processing stays locked.

Revenue recovery

Model possible recovery from failed payments

Orchestration can lift authorization rates and cut routing cost, but actual uplift depends on your PSP mix, approvals, geography, and volume. The figures below are illustrative examples, not guarantees or FlowAcq-measured results. Plug in your own numbers to estimate your potential.

0.5-2 pts

Auth-rate uplift (illustrative)

A typical modelled range once approved backup provider paths exist. Your real number depends on PSP mix, geography, approvals, and volume.

Soft declines

Recoverable failures (example)

Some declines are retryable rather than terminal. Approved retry paths can recover a share of them, but how many is specific to your traffic.

Routing cost

Per-transaction example

Routing each charge through an approved viable path can trim blended cost. The saving is an estimate, not a guaranteed rate.

Model possible uplift

Illustrative estimates only - not a guarantee of results.
